A large-scale community service project
The production also needed to manage complex logistics, including seamless transitions between events, synchronized branding and audio throughout the arena, and clear communication across simultaneous breakout sessions.
The Solution
Clearwing partnered with DFCU’s marketing team to develop THRIVE—a full-day experience celebrating the dimensions of personal well-being: Financial, Community, Physical, and Social.
Clearwing strategically used all available areas of the Desert Diamond Arena to maximize space and efficiency:
Lobby: Morning engagement with games, snacks, and coffee chats

Concourse Levels: Divided into four breakout zones, featuring sessions on financial management, physical health, and conflict resolution
Key production components included full technical producing, staging, audio, video, lighting, rigging, event flow design, and branding content across the venue.
The Results
The event received overwhelmingly positive feedback from employees and leadership. Attendees left energized, informed, and inspired—gaining personal insights into how they can THRIVE in their lives and communities, while connecting with DFCU’s mission and future direction.
